Private company "Siauliu banko lizingas", UAB (SB Leasing) whose 100% of shares are owned by Siauliu Bankas, was founded in 1999 and successfully established itself among other leasing companies. The company offers not only usual leasing services, such as technological and office equipment, cars, but also lease of travel, construction, or medical operations.

"Siauliu banko lizingas", UAB is the first leasing company in Europe which in 2002 started collaborating with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The company is successfully working in the EBRD small and medium-sized business finance facility MICRO LEASING program in the sphere of services, production, construction, and trade investment.

At the beginning of 2003, "Siauliu banko lizingas", UAB and Lithuanian Environment Protection and Investment Fund (LEPIF) signed a co-operation agreement, which allows financing environmental protection projects on more favourable terms.

"Siauliu banko lizingas", UAB from the very beginning is offering services to its customers in the premises of Siauliu Bankas. To ensure direct contacts with its customers, in 2000 the company started establishing a network of its representative offices in major towns of the country: in 2000 one was opened in Vilnius, in 2001 – in Klaipėda, and in 2002 in Kaunas.
