List of documents to be submitted by a corporate customer

General documentation:

• Company registration certificate;
• Articles of Association and their amendments;
• Documents confirming the appointment of the head of the company;
• Personal identification document (passport or personal identification card) of the head of the company;
• Decision of the shareholders of the company (with all the shareholders’ signatures) to purchase property (an original copy);
• Financial reports of the current and previous year (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, others);
• Breaking of debtors and creditors;
• Certificates from the State Tax Inspection and Social Security Agency “Sodra” about the company’s indebtedness to the budget;
• Cash flow report;
• Leasing Application;
• A commercial offer produced by the salesperson, in which the leased property has to be innumerated in detail together with its identification marks, price before and after VAT, and salesperson’s details are presented;

Additional documentation:

Leasing of Vehicles

• Salesperson’s passport
• A commercial offer signed by the salesperson
• Registration certificate of the vehicle (with the previous registration cancelled off);
• MOT certificate of the vehicle;
• A sheet of technical inspection of the car;
• Registering company inspection sheet;
• Car alarm certificate

Real estate leasing

• A certificate from the Land and other real Estate cadastre and Registry State Company about the de-registering of property (an original copy);
• A certificate from the Department of Land Exploitation Company;
• Real property evaluation report.
