List of documents to be submitted by individual customers

• passport (a citizen’s of the Republic of Lithuania), a personal identification card or a Lithuanian citizen’s foreign passport,
• a certificate from the social security company Sodra certifying the previous year’s income,
• pensioner’s card and a certificate about the amount of the pension,
• salesperson’s Commercial Offer.

Additional documentation:

In such a case if there is no place of residence registered in the passport, or if the Lithuanian citizen has a foreign passport or a personal identification card, the customer can prove his place of permanent residence by providing one of the following documents:

• a declaration of the place of residence from the Passport Department;
• a certificate from the Register Centre (the former Land and other Real Estate Register and Cadastre Company) accompanied by the flat/house ownership documents (the flat/house has to be registered in the name of the customer, his/her spouse or their children, while the certificate has to be issued not earlier than before 6 months)
• a certificate from the Register Centre (the former Land and other Real Estate Register and Cadastre Company) about the plot of land on which the house is being built and the customer is already living in it although the house has not been finished yet (in the certificate the conferred address of the plot of land has to be made explicit, while the plot of land has to be registered in the name of the customer, his/her spouse or their children, while the certificate has to be issued not earlier than before 6 months)
• inventorisation File of the flat/house (the flat/house has to be registered in the name of the customer, his/her spouse or their children). Only the pages with the address and owner’s references should be submitted to the leasing company.
• a certificate from the House Community authorised by the community stamp and Chairman’s signature (an original has to be submitted to the leasing company, while the certificate has to be issued not earlier than before 6 months)
• Leasing company also has the right to request the following:
• a certificate from the Customer’s company about the Customer’s job title and salary for the last 6 months;
• personal identification documents of the Customer’s spouse;
• a certificate from the Customer’s spouse’s company about the spouse’s job title and salary for the last 6 months.
